Sizing:
We recommend you take your regular size. Size up or down accordingly to match your desired fit.
All measurements are given in centimetres with the garment laying flat.

During production, the internal neck label on this product was sewn upside down in error. This does not affect the appearance, fit, comfort, or quality of the knit when worn.
After receiving the goods, we carefully considered relabelling the garments. However, reworking the labels would require unpicking and re-sewing each piece, which carries a risk of damaging the knit and would also result in unnecessary waste, including discarded packaging and labels.
For these reasons, we’ve chosen to keep the labels as they are. This represents the least wasteful option and ensures the garments remain in their original condition.
Shipping Information
We aim to fulfil all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
For international deliveries, parcels are transferred to the relevant domestic postal service once they arrive in the destination country, where tracking can continue through the local carrier.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:
United Kingdom: Orders over £150 qualify for free next day delivery.
European Union: Orders over £250 qualify for free standard shipping.
United States: Orders over £300 qualify for free standard shipping.
Rest of World: Orders over £300 qualify for free standard shipping
Please note: Orders placed outside the UK may be subject to customs duties and import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by the relevant customs authorities. NO PERSONA has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused
- With all original tags and packaging intact
We do not accept returns on:
- Final sale items
- Socks, underwear, headwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
- Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
To initiate a return, please email info@nopersona.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide full return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
