Shipping Information
We aim to fulfil all orders within 1–2 working days of purchase. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail.
For international deliveries, parcels are transferred to the relevant domestic postal service once they arrive in the destination country, where tracking can continue through the local carrier.
Free shipping is available on qualifying orders:
United Kingdom: Orders over £150 qualify for free next day delivery.

European Union: Orders over £250 qualify for free standard shipping.

United States: Orders over £300 qualify for free standard shipping.
Rest of World: Orders over £300 qualify for free standard shipping

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • With all original tags and packaging intact

We do not accept returns on:

  • Final sale items
  • Socks, underwear, headwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration

To initiate a return, please email info@nopersona.co.uk with your order number and reason for return. We will provide full return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days.
